Concepts and discourse in educational foundations and human development as related to interdisciplinary curriculum, classroom application in childhood education with a focus on literacy.  This class will include a study of the teacher's role and impact upon diverse student learning, organizing and teaching of the language arts in the childhood classroom. We will examine the pedagogical implications of literacy with the integration of technology.
